Ing.Jana Míčková Sladká

Founder and owner of companies and trademarks BIBO, CLINEA, GENIORA, GRAPECARE

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Brno – branch of management and development of companies.
She obtained a 15-year experience at managerial positions in important international companies.
She is a mother of two sons. After maternity leave with the first son she returned to the managerial work with the idea that babysitting at the premium quality is missing on the market since the high quality care for children is the most important thing for a mother. That is why a year later she decided to establish BIBO Agency in Brno in 2005. 
After the stabilization and obtaining the important share of BIBO on the babysitting market, she decided to expand the offer of quality housekeeping services by establishing the company and trademark of CLINEA s.r.o. It enables the demanding clients to concentrate on essential things in which they are successful and which they like, and leave the care for household to the professional housekeepers.
To gradually complete the services for household Jana established the trademark GENIORA, which deals with the care for older people to enable them to live actively with nice people.
For very demanding clients Jana also offered the trademark GRAPECARE which arranges foreign babysitter and housekeepers for families, especially from Philippines and the whole world.
Jana’s mission is to gain growing confidence of Czech women-mothers in quality services for the family and household.
Following her own example she wants to enable them to combine maternity and work necessary for their self-realization, as well as to give them the space for needed time for relaxation in the course of the permanent pressure of parental and partner duties.
